When applying dramatic eye color shades, add extra loose powder under your eyes. Then once finished, simply brush the loose powder, along with any eye color that has fallen from the eye area, off your face.

Apply Coastal Blue cream eye color across eyelids and along the lower lashlines. Layer Azure mineral eye color onto top lids. Line upper lashlines with Coal mineral eye color, and slightly blend outward at the corners.
